We have always had a good experience at Crown Vet. The doctors and the staff are very approachable, friendly and always willing to help. We have never had any problem whatsoever with Crown Vet. The best part now is that they have also become a 24/7 clinic. They are more than adjusting knowing the behavioural issues that Pablo has. They are patient with him and deal with him carefully. Kudos to team Crown Vet!

Very nice place for pets. They have best in house diagnostics blood test was done in 15 min. My cat had ongoing gastric issues since long. I was too worried about my fur baby we took her in emergency. Dr Lakshmi, she is very simple, amazing she spoke with us in a friendly way & guided us very professionally. My father he told more than 10 times how cool the doctor was. She is young doctor, handeled my cat very well. Our cat is completely healed now. Doctor called for follow up. I liked this protocol from crown vet. She will be our vet. Pricing it's on expensive side but it's really worth.

While initially I had some concerns related to the treatment for my dog, Crown Vet really turned around my experience by going out of their way to make sure we had a good experience. I must applaud their commitment to service to their customers. Staff is polite, friendly, and caring. Combined with the clean facilities and a host of doctors one gets the feeling of safety, and your pet being taken care of when you go there.

I personally would recommend taking your pet for a check up to Crown at least once just to experience the services. We had taken our extremely anxious dog for a check up when he was very sick, and the staff at Crown made sure he felt comfortable, gave him the attention required, and the best part was that they weren't in a hurry when it came to counselling us and explaining the diagnosis to us. They patiently answered all our questions, ran some tests and were able to generate the reports immediately, and were also able to promptly respond to all my queries on WhatsApp, and most importantly, they ensured our dog recovered well. This, so far, was the best experience we had with any vet. Kudos to Dr. Tapashree and Dr. Anwar, who treated our dog, and to the entire amazing team of Crown Vet for the exceptional services!

Best, safest and trustable hospital to take your pets. I've taken my dog for consultation regarding her leg problem. The way they explained the concerns and what to be taken care is just awesome. But the team here in crown vet they asked us to leave the treating room, and they called us back after sometime where I am amazed seeing my dog feel so safe with them and was getting trim. They also shared the follow up email asking us to update the condition of dog. Just amazing.

Amazing response time. The staff is really kind and helpful. Very gentle with the pets. Also, when they thought my pet needed more help, they pointed me to the right direction and helped me with the right contacts. They also have a pharmacy where you can get the meds needed for your pet.
