Return & Refund Policy for Online Consultations

At Crown Vet, we strive to provide seamless online consultation services for your pets. However, if you wish to cancel your online consultation, please review our refund policy below:.

Cancellation Before Blocking a Doctor's Slot:

If you cancel your consultation before selecting a time slot, upon receiving a call from our customer service team, you will be eligible for a full refund.

Cancellation After Blocking a Doctor's Slot:

If you wish to cancel your appointment after booking a slot, please contact our customer service team at 08062744111 (available Monday to Saturday, 9 AM – 6 PM). You will be eligible for a full refund if you apply for cancellation at least 2 hours before your scheduled appointment.

Cancellation After the Scheduled Slot Has Passed:

If you request a cancellation after your scheduled time slot has passed, we will be unable to issue a refund, as the Vet’s time was reserved specifically for your consultation.

Modification Policy:

Once a time slot is booked and confirmed with you through our representative, modifications will not be allowed. Please ensure your availability before finalizing your booking.
The refund will be processed and credited to your account within 7 working days. Refunds will only be issued through the original payment method.
