TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

Fees:

All fees, diets and drugs charges are at the current rate. Fee level is included as a part of time spent on the case and accordingly medications, materials & consumables used. Details of our fees are available on request and a detailed invoice is provided for every consultation procedures or transactions. Estimates can also be provided on request.

Estimates of Treatment cost:

We will upon request be pleased to provide an estimate as to the probable cost of treatment. Please bear in mind any estimate given can only be approximate as sometimes a pet's treatment may not follow a conventional course.

Settlement Terms:

All invoices are to be settled at the end of the consultation, the discharge of your pet upon collection of medications / diets. Crown Vet has a "NO CREDIT POLICY". Please note - Overdue accounts will be liable for extra penalty & potential legal charges be referred to our legal team. Please ensure all accounts are settled at end of consultation & discharge.

Any cheque which you issue which is returned unpaid, any credit card not honored that is found to be counterfeit will result in your balance been resorted to original sum together with any fees incur in the process.

Complaints and Redressal process:

Whilst we hope that our service does not give you cause for complaints, if there is something that you wish to bring to our attention, please contact our Practice manager at the respective clinic immediately.

Alternatively you can mail to our clients services department on [email protected] or contact us on +91 8657510754. If your complaint can be resolved immediately we will do so otherwise your complaint will be acknowledged and the incident will be investigated. You will be contacted within 7-10 days. Please adhere to this redressal process. Our teams will do their very best to support you.

Security and training:

For security, sta training and prevention and detection of crime, a CCTV camera is working and is in operations. The rights of recording of the CCTV footage are the property of the Company and will not be shared with anyone. Only government ocials (police, fire department, judicial department, etc.) upon written request may be considered as applicable under law.

Ownership of records:

Crown Vet follows best practice standards in maintaining your pets records. The company will seek to maintain records of past treatments conducted at other clinics and will ask you to submit past medical records of your pet. If you wish to access your pets medical history, we request that you send a written email for the same or talk to the receptionist.

Variation in terms and conditions of business:

No addition or variation of these terms and condition will bind Crown vet unless specifically given in writing by its directors. Additionally no agent or employee appointed by has the authority to alter or vary these terms and conditions in any way.
